- make sure you are using the desktop app and not the web based app. Watch the instructional video to learn how to open in the desktop app.
- Missing information or have spaces that are not yours? contact the space management team.
- Does the C-Parent need changed if only the D-Parent needs updated?
- No, only the cells that have changed need updated. If the D-Parent have changed but the C-Parent remains the same, please only update the D-Parent cells.
